Death Note is my weakness

(Now you know.)

I wonder what will become of my QPI...

Death Note is a masterpiece

I swear by God. The entire thing is a climax. There's practically no boring, or even wasted, part. Everything is plot, plot, plot, plot, twist, twist, twist. And all carried out in such brilliance that there's almost nothing to criticize. This is normally very difficult: to create a realistic storyline is already a pain. If you want something to happen and there's an obstacle that could not make it happen, you have to find a believable way around it. Being successful in this is very rewarding, and is already a hint of greatness. But to create something that is not only so realistic, but also so complex that you have to reread everything is simply... genius.

And well, there's also the fact that I'm a sucker for rivalries between geniuses. Add that I do not significantly prefer L or Kira, so I'm not siding with anyone. Hence, I would not be cursing and punching the monitor in frustration if one gains the upperhand. (Like I did with Rikkaidai vs Seigaku. Now that was JUST stupid. And I haven't even watched it yet -.-;)

Or maybe I'm just ignorant. I haven't watched any episode of CSI or what have you. Maybe this kind of story turnout is commonplace, and that I only do not know any better.

But I don't care. I'm loving it :D

(For the curious, I'm already at chapter 22. How something could sustain my attention for THAT long is beyond me.)

DN Chapter 3

Still amazing amazing amazing.

Death Note Chapter 2

*still raving*

Kyaaaaaah!

READ THIS I TELL YOU! :D

Death Note

I've heard of this manga somewhere, so I decided to download it from stoptazmo. After reading the first chapter, I couldn't do anything but rave. My reaction goes like this: Grabe, ang ganda. Sobra. *click click click* *shakes head* Grabe, ang ganda talaga. Amazing. *shakes head* *mind wanders* *raves again*.

It is simply WONDERFUL. The story's premise is one of the best I've read and so far, the storyline is developing wonderfully.

HIGHLY recommended. Prince of Tennis is a child's scribble in comparison. (Minus the existence of Tezuka, Atobe, Jirou, Kirihara, Dabide, Saeki, Ootori, Ryoma *continues until eternity*, of course.)

I want to learn to play real piano

Before I was contented with just chordings, but now... no no no. I want to learn how to REALLY do it. There are so many wonderful songs that my fingers are waiting to grace. Among these are (and I've already found music sheets for these):

X Japan's Longing ~Togireta Melody~, Endless Rain, Forever Love, Tears -- the best ballads
Weiss Kreuz's Suicide Seaside -- and I thought only I appreciate this song!
Ah My Goddess's Congratulations -- enough said. I've been looking for this for years.
Rurouni Kenshin's Departures -- one of the best BGMs I've ever heard
Boa's Atlantis Princess, Fly to the Sky's Sea of Love and KISS's Because I'm A Girl -- KPOP!

Oh why oh why didn't my mom choose to become a tyrant by forcing me when I was younger to play the piano 10 hours a day. Like what Gackt's mom did to him. And look at him now. He's making a living doing fan service. And pretending to be a 500-year old vampire.

Now, look at me.

And bow in worship.

Tezuka inspired me

when I was in the middle of Accounting10 panic by singing (serenading actually) "Never Surrender."

He loves me.

XD

I hate accounting because

the answers are not etched in the cosmos.

It's even worse than Politics.

!!!

I have landed on a website, and was gracefully greeted with the title, "Prince of Tennis goes Shinsengumi."

Well, being myself, I gasped in sheer joy. Most likely there's really no episode or what have you, but rather some random fan creation, but the fact that it IS Shinsengumi and Prince of Tennis combined is the heaven of heavens. I immediately got a paper and pen, and began musing over the POT characters' Shinsengumi counterparts. I guessed this:

Kondou Isami - Tezuka Kunimitsu
Hijikata Toshizo- Tezuka again
Yamanami Keisuke - Inui
Souji Okita - Fuji Syusuke
Nagakura Shinpachi - ?Oishi?
Saitou Hajime - Echizen Ryoma
Harada Sanosuke - Momoshiro Takeshi

I have no Kikumaru, Kaidou and Taka-san (there are only, in my eyes, 7 significant Shinsengumi members), but Eiji can pass as Okita anyway. Forget Taka and Kaidou.
